We currently don't have a form you need to fill out, but just don't post a request saying, ' Hello, we'd like to affiliate with you. You can find our banner in our advertisement center. Thanks!!!' No. You need to post a link to your site, position you want, banner preview, and banner code. Anything else is optional. If you don't ask for a position we will place you in marquee. If you'd like sister or static put that in your request.

one - don't even think of advertising, let alone requesting an affiliate, if your site is racist or pornographic.
two - your banner needs to be 88 x 31. other sizes make the whole ordeal just too messy. any banners not 88 x 31 will be denied
three - your site should not harm my eyes with blinding colors
four - we aren't going to accept sites that only post one-liners
